Our Philosophy

1. Trim to the standard of the breed.
2. Grooming is an art. You need to know the anatomy of the dog to trim him within the line of his body like an artist would paint or sculpt. A good trim looks natural.
3. Psychology plays a role in the job. We use behavior modification, a positive approach.
4. Our grooming process begins with preparing the dogs before the bath, trimming the face, feet, nails, under body, and heavy top coat if needed. Before the dog goes home they are fine trimmed. Every dog is a show dog when they leave Roy-L Groomingdales.
